POST-go, with its domicile in Miami, Florida, USA, is the controller of your personal data.
2. Data We Collect and Why
Registration and Billing Data: Name, email address, company data, and payment method. Purpose: To create your account, manage your subscription, invoice, and communicate with you about the service. Legal Basis: Contract performance.
Technical and Usage Data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, platform access logs. Purpose: Technical operation, security, analytics, and service improvement. Legal Basis: Legitimate interest.
Client Content (Within Postiz): POST-go does NOT routinely access, collect, or process the data you enter into your Postiz instance (content, social media credentials). This data resides in your isolated environment. We would only access it in exceptional cases of technical support, under your explicit authorization and with strict security measures. Legal Basis: Consent for specific support.
3. Sharing Data with Third Parties
Essential Service Providers: We share minimum necessary data with Authorize.net (payment processor), our cloud hosting provider, and support and email tools. All act as "data processors" under contract.
Legal Compliance: We may disclose information if required by law.
4. International Transfers
Data is processed on servers located in the United States. If you reside outside the U.S., your data will be transferred there. We implement standard contractual clauses and other safeguards to protect your privacy.
5. Data Retention
We will retain your personal data while your account is active and necessary for service provision. After cancellation, we will retain it for the period necessary to comply with legal, tax, or dispute resolution obligations (e.g., 3-5 years). Billing data is retained according to applicable tax legislation.
